Absentee Representative?
It seems like we haven't been seeing much of Gary Proctor at our city council
meetings lately. Now it's not that we miss him, but since he is supposed to be one
of our two "West Newport Reps", we thought that we'd check up on him.
Let's review his 2003 attendance record:
- August 26, 2003 - ABSENT
- August 12, 2003 - ABSENT
- July 22, 2003 - ABSENT
- July 8, 2003 - Left two hours early!
- May 21, 2003 - ABSENT
- March 25, 200 - ABSENT

What about 2002? He missed 7 of 24 meetings:
- February 12, 2002 - ABSENT

2001 was a good year for Gary - he only missed 5 of 24 meetings:
