(cont.) The Bilderbergs "We shall have world government whether or not you like it - by conquest or consent." The Bilderbergers The Bilderbergers were formed in Oosterbeek, Holland in 1954, in the Bilderberg Hotel. Membership in this ultra-exclusive club is limited to just 100 of NATO's elite. Needless to say, we need not apply, as membership is by invite only. Need I also state that their meetings are confidential, and their major funding is provided by the Rockefellers and Ford Foundation (notice a pattern here?). Not much is known about the Bilderbergers (as their meetings are in private). Lucky for us though, the group's first chairman, Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, was nice enough to put their intentions in writing: Prince Bernhard, Former Bilderberger Chairman "Here comes our greatest difficulty. For the governments of the free nations are elected by the people, and if they do something the people don't like, they are thrown out. It is difficult to reeducate the people who have been brought up on nationalism to the idea of relinquishing part of their sovereignty to a supernatural body . . . This is the tragedy." (Jim Lucier, "Bilderbergers", American Opinion, November 1964: 62). Giovanni Agnelli, Bilderberger Leader European integration is our goal and where the politicians have failed we industrialists hope to succeed." (David J Smith, "Ten Kingdoms Along with the Beast," Newswatch Magazine, March/April 1984: 7). Prominent members, both past and present, have included: David Rockefeller, Nelson Rockefeller, Tom Hughes (Carnegie Endowment), Henry Kissinger, Robert McNamara (World Bank), Donald Rumsfeld, Robert Anderson (ARCO / Aspen Inst), Gerald Ford, Henry Grunwald (TIME), Henry Heinz, Father Theodore M Hesburgh (former president of Notre Dame). (En Route to Global Occupation. Gary H Kah, Huntington House Publishers, 1992: 39). From what I understand, the Bilderbergers are basically the European sister group to the CFR. In fact, almost all of their members belong to the CFR as well. The Bilderbergers plan on uniting Europe (they're almost finished now), and then merging with the CFR, perhaps through the Trilateral Commission. The resulting merger would then rule the world. The Club of Rome has been challenged with overseeing this transition.
