Ch. 3)  Groups That Really Rule the World!

"We shall have world government whether or not you like it - by conquest or consent."

When you talk about groups that rule the world, The Council on Foreign Relations has got to be at the top!

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) was officially formed in New York in 1921, under the direction of Baron Edmond de Rothschild of France.  Membership is limited to 3000, by invite only, with David Rockefeller serving as Chairman Emeritus.  CFR operates as a private and charitable organization, thus also providing tax protection for it's major contributors, the Rockefeller's and the Carnegie's.

The current, official mission of the CFR is to "Increase America's understanding of the world and contribute ideas to U.S. foreign policy."  The primary reason that we don't hear much about CFR in the news is that their bilaws dictate that the content of their meetings remain confidential!

However, beginning in 1950, CFR's true mission began to be revealed.  On February 17, 1950, testifying before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, CFR member James Warburg stated,
"We shall have world government whether or not you like it - by conquest or consent."

"The CFR is 'the establishment.'  Not only does it have influence and power in key decision-making positions at the highest levels of government to apply pressure from above, but it also finances and uses individuals and groups to bring pressure from below, to justify the high level decisions for converting the United States from a sovereign Constitutional Republic into a servile member state of a one-world dictatorship." (Roberts, State Sovereignty, 203).

I've basically determined that the CFR serves two primary functions:

1)  It is Rockefeller's center of power.  He basically uses it as his own personal lobbying group to influence politicians and guide his agenda (of world domination!).

2)  It is the training ground for future politicians.  It is obvious that many of our leaders have emerged from the CFR.  This is where our leaders are probably hand picked by Rockefeller, then "brought into the light" (Illuminated) and informed of his grand plan.

It should also be noted that the CFR has a sister organization in England, the Royal Institute for International Affairs.   www.riia.org
